Under Oath Productions Ltd. is based out of Estes Park, Co and is changing the style of art in this community one photograph at a time. Having said that, I live in a small town where the majority of photography is commercial work for tourists. I have been subjected to this, for way too long, and a change is needed, for me at least.
I have many ideas that I need to get out of my head and down on film before somethings snaps, and I'll keep working on them until one of them happens.
I enjoy the free expression at the time of the shoot, on the other hand I have very specific ideas in mind and will get those first, before moving on.

At the heart of the company is the love of shape, shadow, grit, form and function. I like to change up my style, inject a story one frame at a time.

Photography is under the umbrella of Under Oath Productions Ltd. our primary function is film. Most shoots are experiments, and have something to do with a future film. Having said that, they do not lack in character, and will stand alone.

I will do TFP for my own concepts.

I do not give out unedited or RAW image files. Any and all images provided cannot be modified in any way without my written permission. No one has permission to post my shoot proofs or unedited images online. I will provide up to five (5) edited, copyrighted photos from a TF* shoot.
